1. Scope of Work

The Service Provider agrees to perform repair and/or data recovery services as requested by the Client. The Service Provider will use reasonable efforts to diagnose, repair, or recover data as applicable.

2. Warranty

All repairs come with a 60-day limited warranty on the repaired device. This warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or additional failures unrelated to the original repair.

3. Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for data loss, additional hardware failure during diagnostics or repair, or any incidental or consequential damages.

4. Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service completion. Estimates are subject to change upon further inspection of the device.

5. Abandoned Devices

Devices left unclaimed after 90 days from completion of service will be considered abandoned and may be recycled, sold, or disposed of.
